Troya Tiburon is now open in soft-launch mode - no ribbon cutting just yet,

but we're thrilled to welcome you in.

We're currently open for lunch only, from 10 AM to 3 PM, during our first 2 weeks.

Please note: We'll be closed this Sunday, May 4th.

Reservations are not available at this time, but once dinner service begins in a few weeks, we'll begin accepting them too.
