Welcome to Troya Tiburon

Troya was born in San Francisco in 2006, inspired by the flavors, colors, and culture of the Mediterranean coast. For over a decade, we’ve called Pacific Heights home — a neighborhood where locals and visitors alike gather around comforting, nourishing food that tells a story. Now, we’re bringing that story across the Golden Gate to Tiburon.Rooted in the timeless traditions of Mediterranean hospitality, Troya is built on the belief that food is best when it’s shared — not just across the table, but across cultures, generations, and communities. Our cuisine draws from the rich culinary heritage of Turkey and its neighbors — a region where meals are generous, vegetables are vibrant, and the kitchen is the heart of the home. After moving to Tiburon with our daughter, we fell in love with the small-town warmth, natural beauty, and strong sense of community. Troya Tiburon is a continuation of that love — a space to gather, connect, and experience the Mediterranean way of life through food. We source our ingredients thoughtfully, choosing seasonal produce and working with partners who share our values. Our menus are rooted in wellness — always flavorful, always balanced — with a focus on plant-forward dishes that both satisfy and nourish. More than a restaurant, Troya is a family — from our longtime chefs to the servers who greet you with a smile. Many of our team members have been with us for years, and it’s that trust and commitment that make our kitchen feel like home. We’re honored to share our table with you, whether you’re discovering us for the first time or have been part of our journey from Fillmore Street. We hope Troya Tiburon becomes a place where you return often — to eat, to gather, and to feel at home.
