We been serving up our unique blend of Turkish-Mediterranean fare and hospitality in San Francisco since 2006, with recipes passed down through generations of restaurant owners.
Cooking is in our blood. It has always been our passion to provide authentic, fresh and healthy food to our customers, enabling them to experience the real variety and flavors of Turkish-Mediterranean cuisine. For us, what you eat is just as important as what you do, to maintain a healthy mind, body and spirit.
We also believe that you can “never be a visitor” to what you do. When you visit Troya our full attention will be on you and your experience. And if you prefer to eat at home, then we make meals available for home delivery, as well as offering catering services for larger private events.
We have two restaurants serving the Bay Area. The first is in Pacific Heights and the second in Tiburon under the management of Betul Kinalilar.
Why Troya?
Troy is located in Turkey. It was founded in the year 3,000 B.C., and was demolished and reconstructed nine times until the year 500 A.D. and was inhabited continuously for 3,500 years. What was once the site of the Trojan war, has now been inhabited - simultaneously, and peacefully - by people from all over the Mediterranean, from different cultures, religions, and backgrounds. Immortalized by Homer in the Iliad, Troy has inspired great creative artists throughout the world ever since.
